Returns & exchanges accepted within 30 days.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because each item is custom-made to your exact measurements, we cannot accept returns due to sizing errors made by the customer. Please double-check your measurements using our Size Guide before ordering.
Processing Time
Every MildMate product is custom-made to your exact dimensions. Our standard production time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation to dispatch. During peak periods, this may extend to 5–7 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking once your order leaves our workshop.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We offer free standard shipping within Thailand on all orders over ฿2,500. International shipping rates vary by region and will be displayed before payment.
Customs & Import Tariffs
All product prices displayed on our website are product price only and exclude shipping costs and any import tariffs or duties applicable in your destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority.
